Welcome to the medieval market estuary town of Kingsbridge, situated in the South Hams peninsula. There are many unspoiled beaches nearby and the south west coast path runs through the area. The town is a natural base for exploring this beautiful part of Devon, close to the popular sailing resort of Salcombe.

Kingsbridge has a good selection of eating places, independent shops and all the facilities of a small town.

Ashleigh House is situated in a quiet area of Kingsbridge within walking distance of the town's amenities. Comfortable, friendly Bed and Breakfast accommodation is provided in eight en-suite guest rooms along with delicious freshly cooked Breakfasts served in the spacious Dining room.

Sue and Richard Agar run Ashleigh House in a relaxed informal way, guests have their own room and front door key allowing them access to the house when they want - please note that Ashleigh House is strictly non-smoking.
