Prices

The cost per person for Bed and Full English Breakfast (two sharing) is:

	Nightly rate for 2+ nights (min. stay 2 nights w/e May-Sept inc) £5.00 extra for stays of 1 night.	Weekly Rate (7 nights)	Special Mid-Week Breaks(arrive Sunday or Monday stay 4 nights)

To confirm a reservation a deposit equivalent to the first nights charge is required. Please mail a cheque, or phone or email us with your debit or credit card details. We will send a confirmation of your booking by post or email.

Single Occupancy: A surcharge of £10 per night per room is made for single occupancy.

Reservations/Deposits: Reservations may be made by post, email or telephone. A non-refundable deposit of one nights room charge or 25% of total booking (whichever is greater) is required at time of booking to secure the reservation. Cheques are accepted only if they arrive in time to clear before arrival (one week).

Arrival and Checkout Times: Arrivals are before 1pm or after 5pm. Check out time is 10am on the day of departure.

Payment Methods: Cash, debit and most credit cards (not American Express or Diners Club) are accepted.



Children: For children 14 years or less sharing a room with two adults, the rate will be 50% of the adult rates. Children over 14 will be charged at adult rate. Adult rates apply for children in their own room.

Dogs: Welcome by prior arrangement.

Rates: We reserve the right to change the tariff without notice at any time. However the prices at the time of booking will be honoured.

Smoking Policy: Ashleigh House is strictly non-smoking.
