To confirm a reservation a deposit equivalent to the first nights charge is required. Please mail a cheque, or phone or email us with your debit or credit card details. We will send a confirmation of your booking by post or email.

Reservations may be made by post, email or telephone. A non-refundable deposit of one nights room charge or 25% of total booking (whichever is greater) is required at time of booking to secure the reservation. Cheques are accepted only if they arrive in time to clear before arrival (one week).

Arrivals are before 1pm or after 5pm. Check out time is 10am on the day of departure.

Ashleigh House is a Victorian Bed and Breakfast with 8 en-suite Guest Rooms, all of the en-suites have Showers not Baths and are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the house, and there is no ground floor accommodation. Ashleigh House is located in a quiet area of Kingsbridge; the amenities of the town are a short downhill walk away. The main entrance is a level access, as are the Reception and Dining areas.
